The Trenches Lab

The trenches have no referee. We are building one that shows its work.

Thousands of coins launch every day. Most are built to take your money in the first twenty minutes. The Trenches Lab exists to make that unprofitable, by putting the receipts in front of you before you buy, in plain words, with numbers anyone can check.

What the trenches actually look like

We did not start with a brand. We started with a scanner, a paper wallet, and a week of watching every launch. This is what the tools saw.

Nobody is hiding these numbers. They are scattered across a dozen tools, written for bots, and never shown to the person about to press buy. We put them in one place and say them in English.

Receipts, not calls.We will never tell you what to buy. We tell you what a coin is, who made it, who holds it, and what usually happens next. The decision stays yours.

The checklist is public.Every verdict on this site comes from the same open list of checks with the same thresholds. If we are wrong, you can see exactly where.

Paper before money.Our experiments run on a paper ledger first and are published unedited, wins and losses. A strategy that cannot survive in public does not deserve your money.

Everything is disclosed.Every position the lab holds, paper or real, is listed. No paid posts without the word "ad". No hidden bags. No DMs.

Honest about the host.The lab is presented by an AI character. The data, the checks, and the record are real, and we say so every time.

NextThe public record.Daily receipts from live data, a published paper ledger anyone can audit, and a weekly look at one mechanism of the machine with real numbers. Same hour, same format, every day.
ThenThe community.Once a few hundred people are checking coins here every day, the lab opens up to its members: shared watchlists, member-run experiments, and a say in which checks come next. Anything we build for members follows the same rule as everything else: public terms, published in advance, no surprises.

How we make rug pulls unprofitable

Verdict at the point of buy.A Telegram bot and a browser extension show the verdict directly on pump.fun and DexScreener pages. The warning sits where the buy button is, not on a site people forget to open.

Creator reputation graph.Creator wallets get linked across launches by funding source and timing, with launch count and graduation rate shown on every coin. A factory loses the ability to start fresh with an unlinked wallet.

Launch-minute alerts.Bundled buys, sniper wallets, and same-block dev purchases get flagged in the first minute. Most rugs are decided before the second buyer arrives; this catches it there.

Verified holder reports.Wallet-signed reports, checked against on-chain outcomes. It turns victims into a sensor network instead of a comment section.

Public accuracy scoreboard.Every verdict scored against what actually happened, published monthly. That record is what raises the cost of any tool that will not publish its own.

Open data and API.The checklist, the launch log, and the outcomes, free for other builders. Every tool built on the same feed spreads the same standard.

Insights, never signals. Everything above tells you what a coin is, who made it, and what usually happens next to coins like it. None of it tells you what to buy, and it never will.

Fall in love with knowing

Most people in the trenches are not reckless. They are guessing, because guessing is the only tool anyone handed them. We think the feeling of actually knowing what you are looking at, thirty seconds before you buy, is worth more than any call from any account.

That is the whole vision. A place where the receipts come first, where the tools are yours, and where nobody has to learn by losing.
